Product

Reach every employee. And prove that you did.

Plenty of the people you need to reach have no company email and no laptop. Kayden Connect reaches them on their own phone, and records by name who confirmed they got it.

Three paid plans from $4 per person per month. No free tier, and a 14-day trial with a card up front. Moving off Workplace? We do that with you, by hand.

How it works

Four steps, and the fourth is the one you buy.

Issue access codes

  • Simon NaylorNursingKC-7Q4M-8210
  • Zoe MitchellPorteringKC-2F8X-4471
  • Tom DaviesCleaningKC-9J1P-6035

One code per named worker, used once, and it expires when you choose: 7, 30, 60 or 90 days. The only text message Kayden sends is the one that confirms the number belongs to the person joining.

What is in it

Nine things it does, and the plan each one needs.

Each card names the ledger entry its sentence rests on, so the claim can be checked against what is recorded there, which is what stops this page describing something the code does not do.

Also events and webinars, and what it looks like to your staff.

Who does what

Four roles, and nothing invented in between.

These are the only four that exist in the product. Manager, HR and auditor are job titles here, not permissions.

The part nobody else sells

It tells you who you never reached.

A number can be true and still be misleading. This one is decomposed.

Reminded once a day. Never more than twice.

  1. 01Three groups, not one total.

Who has confirmed, who is still outstanding, and who was in no audience at all, so a requirement aimed at departments cannot report full coverage while nobody has noticed the staff it never reached.

  2. 02Nothing is recorded until the questions are passed.

Attach a comprehension check to a post and the acknowledgment is refused until the reader gets them right. The score is then stored with it.

  3. 03An evidence pack that refuses to guess.

On HQ it states the audience rules behind every figure and one as-at instant. Where the recorded population and the computed one disagree, it declines to produce a document rather than qualify one.

kayden-export.csvYour data leaves as files

Your own archive on any plan, emailed on request. Survey results and analytics export on Command and HQ, and the audit log on HQ. There is no single archive of the whole workspace yet.

    • Acknowledgments on any post, and the tracker
    • Knowledge Hub reading and search, access codes, and acknowledgments on any post
  • CommandRecommended$8per person, per monthFrom 10 people · monthly or annual
    • Everything in Spark, plus Announcements
    • Surveys, analytics and audience segmentation
    • AI polish and the workspace assistant (translation is on every plan, including Spark)
  • HQ$15per person, per monthFrom 25 people · annual only

A card is needed to start the trial. Spark and Command are 20% cheaper on annual billing, and HQ is annual only, so $15 is already that rate.

Before you ask

Questions we hear from every buying committee.

Why not Teams, Slack, or a WhatsApp group?
Those are places to talk. The difference here is the record: a named person presses a button, and months later you can show who confirmed a policy and who did not. The people with no company email are not in those tools at all, and here they join with a code and their own phone.
Why not email?
Email works for the people who have an inbox. In a workforce of drivers, nurses, cleaners and shift staff, a large share do not. And an email that was opened is not the same thing as a person confirming they have read a policy.
Can we try it before we commit?
Every plan has a 14-day trial, and a card is needed to start it. Kayden Connect is invitation-only before launch, so the first step today is to request access and we will show you the demonstration workspace.
Where does our data live?
In europe-west1: the database, the files and the search index. Every AI call goes to a European endpoint. The security page sets out what is encrypted, who can see what, and what the audit log is and is not.
What happens to the intranet we already have?
Policies and how-tos move into the Knowledge Hub, where staff can search them from a phone. Moving off another platform is something we do with you rather than something you run through an importer. This is how migration works.
What does setting up actually involve?
Four things: bring your people in, make the Spaces you need, issue codes to anyone without a company mailbox, and publish the first announcement. We are pre-launch and have no customers yet, so we will not quote you a number of days we cannot stand behind.
Half our people have no company email. Does that work?
Yes, and it is on every plan. An admin issues a single-use code for a named worker. The worker enters it with their own phone number, and one text message confirms the number is theirs. That is the only text message Kayden sends. No post or announcement is ever delivered that way.
Are we locked in?
No. Every person can request their own archive on any plan, and it is emailed to them. Survey and analytics exports are Command and HQ, and the audit log is HQ. There is no single archive of the whole workspace yet.
The short version

Ten capabilities, the role and the plan.

Every line renders from the product ledger, so nothing here can describe something the code does not do.
