Give the answer one home.
See the screenAn acknowledgement is a confirmation, not comprehension.
Kayden Connect records when an announcement is published and when a named recipient explicitly acknowledges it. An acknowledgement is evidence of confirmation. It does not prove comprehension or action. For that, an admin on any plan can attach a three-question comprehension check, and Command and HQ can have AI write the questions.
From publication to evidence, in two screens.
Both screens are in the product today, taken from a fictional clinic group.
One announcement, pinned, with the acknowledgement requirement on it.
A workspace admin writes it, marks it as an Announcement rather than an Update, and turns on the requirement before publishing. It goes to the company feed, where an admin can pin it to the top.
Acknowledged and pending, by department and by name.
The tracker shows read, unread and coverage, then every person under their department. One button emails everyone still pending, and the screen refuses a second send for the same announcement within four hours. Required reading reminds people in the app, at most once a day each, and stops after two. Nobody is chased twice and nobody is missed.

Important messages should not disappear into channel noise.
Email, chat and collaboration feeds make it easy to send a message. They make it harder to see what happened next. Chat measures activity. It cannot tell you who confirmed a policy, by name, and who did not.
- You sent it. Did they see it?
- The answer is spread across email, chat and someone's memory.
- "I never got that message."
- You chase the same people twice and miss the ones you should have chased.
- Published, with the time it went out.
- A named list of the people who confirmed.
- A named list of the people who have not.
- One view to plan follow-up from, and one reminder to the people still pending.
Clear security and privacy information for buyer review.
Review the currently verified security controls, privacy information, and sub-processor list before you buy. The security page states what has been verified, what is still under verification, and which sub-processors operate outside the EU.
Some operational sub-processors work from outside the EU. The security page lists them component by component. We do not hold a SOC 2 attestation or ISO 27001 certification. The security page lists the current posture and what is under verification.

The questions buyers ask first.
We already have a chat tool.
Chat measures activity: messages, channels, reactions. Kayden Connect records who acknowledged an announcement and who is still pending. It sits alongside chat rather than on top of it.
Do you have case studies?
No. We are in invitation-based early access with no customers to name, no published results and no logo wall. We would rather say that than borrow someone else's numbers. Every screen on this site shows a fictional organisation.
