A four-campus school group revises its safeguarding policy. The new version goes out by email to teaching staff and is mentioned at Monday's briefing on two campuses. The coaches, the aftercare team and the transport contractor do not have school email. Three weeks later the accreditation visit asks which adults on site were informed of the change, and when. The head has a read-receipt list from one campus and a signed register from another. The group employs 190 people.

The adults on site who never had a school email are the ones the accreditation visit asks about. A campus head issues one single-use code per named person; they enter it with their phone number and are in. 18 joined this month.
