The spraying procedure changed on Friday. Here is every worker who confirmed it, in their own language.
A named record of who acknowledged the procedure, by estate and crew, on the worker's own phone, in Kiswahili or Kimeru as well as English. The certification auditor gets a file, not a muster register.

170,000agricultural workers are killed each year, at least, by the ILO's estimate. In fatalities, injuries and work-related ill health, agriculture is one of the three most hazardous sectors, with construction and mining.Source: ILO, Agriculture: a hazardous work sector. Industry figure, not a Kayden Connect result.
The procedure changed. The muster register cannot say who understood it.
A two-estate tea group changes its chemical handling and re-entry procedure before the September flush. The change is read out at the 06:30 muster, in English, and a notice goes up at the weighing shed. Half the pluckers speak Kimeru first. Three weeks later the certification auditor asks which workers were informed, in a language they understand, and when. The HR manager has a muster register from one estate and a photo of the notice. The group employs 900 people, most without email.
- One muster in English, one notice at the shed.
- A register from one of two estates.
- The auditor gets a photo.
- One announcement, pinned on both estates, in three languages.
- 812 confirmed by name and crew; 88 pending, reminded.
- The auditor gets the evidence pack.
Four screens, all shipped.
One procedure, pinned on both estates, on every phone.
The estate manager publishes once. On HQ the approval rule holds it until the compliance manager has signed it off. Workers see it pinned on their own phone and confirm with one tap before the muster.

The same post in Kiswahili, one tap away.
Posts and Knowledge Hub articles translate into ten languages on every plan. The worker reads the procedure in the language they think in, sees that it was translated from English, and can switch back to the original. The confirmation counts the same.

Workers without email join with a code and their phone.
A supervisor issues one single-use code per named worker. The worker enters it with their phone number, gets a one-time text, and is in. SMS carries the sign-in code only; notices never go by SMS. 214 joined this month.

Turn the refresher into required reading with a due date.
PPE and re-entry intervals, 2026 refresher: 838 complete, 47 not started, 15 never asked because they have no crew set. Late is marked late. When the certification auditor asks, the evidence pack is one click on HQ.

The people who can ask for the record, in their own words.
“the agricultural employer must maintain on the agricultural establishment, for two years from the date of the training, a record documenting each worker's training”40 CFR 170.401(d)(1); training within the last 12 months before entry to a treated area under 170.401(a)
What the record gives youThe re-entry procedure and the annual refresher become required reading with due dates; the evidence pack is the dated record per worker, kept as long as you keep it.
“the provision of such information, instruction, training and supervision as is necessary to ensure the safety and health at work of every person employed”Section 6(2)(c), Act No. 15 of 2007
What the record gives you"Information" in a language the worker reads: the post is translated in one tap, and the confirmation is recorded against the translated version.
“as far as is reasonably practicable, cause every employee to be made conversant with the hazards to his health and safety attached to any work which he has to perform”Section 13(a), Act 85 of 1993
What the record gives you"Made conversant" gets a numeric answer by estate and crew, the same day, for people who never sit at a desk.
Cited as what an estate or packhouse must be able to show. Kayden Connect does not certify compliance with any of them, and it is not a certification scheme.
