What the Hub does not do.
Every line here traces to something in the code, including the parts it would be easier to leave out.
- The Hub holds the current article
Editing one replaces what was there, and nothing keeps the earlier text for you to compare against. Articles carry a category and no tags. It is a policy library, not a document management system, and it is not sold as one.
- Search matches letters, not meaning
It is case-insensitive substring matching on the title and the body. There is no stemming, so a plural may not find a singular; no synonyms, so a rota will not find a roster; and no relevance ranking beyond view count.
- The Copilot matches your wording against your articles
It scores keyword overlap across the five closest articles rather than understanding the question, so it finds what you have written and not what you meant. You open it and ask; it never watches anything or surfaces anything on its own.
- Spark caps the library at fifty articles
Command and HQ have no limit. And the fifty is a ceiling on what your team writes: Kayden supplies no starter articles, so the Hub begins empty on every plan.
