Origin

How we got here.

2025: The shutdown

Meta Workplace announced it was shutting down on June 1, 2026. Seven million people were about to lose the platform they used to talk to their colleagues, and most of their employers were going to scramble back to email threads, Slack channels nobody reads, and intranets nobody opens.

Late 2025: KC founded

Kayden Connect was founded by Ashvir Dilrajh after watching his own organisation try to solve internal communications with five different tools and zero clear ownership. Wyoming LLC, solo-founder, AI-era hypothesis: a Workplace replacement designed for the people who write the announcements as much as the people who receive them.

2026-06-01: V1 launch

Version 1 launches as a soft beta on June 1, 2026 — the day Workplace goes dark — with general availability on July 15. Founding customers shape the roadmap from day one.

Small team, large mission.

Today Kayden Connect is led by Ashvir Dilrajh with a network of advisors and contractors. We're hiring our founding team for V2.
