About Kayden Connect

Kayden Connect is the post-Workplace internal communications platform — a Wyoming LLC, solo-founder for V1, building toward GA on 2026-07-15. We're hiring our founding team in the months after launch.

About the role

We'll hire this role within 90 days of GA on 2026-07-15. Register interest now and you'll be the first conversation. You'll own the look, feel, and end-to-end UX of Kayden Connect. The current site is built off 232 Stitch mockups and a custom Hope-UI-Pro layered design system — your first months will be polishing what shipped, then designing the next surface area (Engage modules beyond V1, partner portal, admin console).

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Kayden Connect design system across marketing + product
• Partner with engineering to ship pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces
• Run lightweight user research and usability sessions with founding customers
• Define visual identity decisions as the brand grows past pre-launch placeholders

Requirements

• Senior product-design experience in B2B SaaS
• Strong systems thinking — you have built or extended a design system that others used
• Experience designing accessible interfaces (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Comfortable shipping into a fast, founder-led environment without a design team to lean on

Nice to have

• Experience with Hope UI Pro / Bootstrap-derived systems
• You have built or extended a token-based theme (light/dark + branding)
• Background in internal communications or employee experience
